Map-based search
Users can freely draw their area of interest on the map or search around a chosen point with a radius, instead of being limited to static area lists.
CASE STUDY
How we designed a mobile real estate search app with smart map-based search, detailed listing pages, and a personalized user experience.

The Challenge
The client needed a mobile app that would let prospective buyers and renters search for properties in an intuitive, visual way — not just filtered lists, but the ability to draw their own area of interest directly on a map. It also had to cover the other side of the process: connecting each listing to the right advisor and a simple lead form, so a user's interest could turn into a conversation right away.

Our Approach
infoteam built a mobile app with address-based search, freehand area drawing on the map or radius-based point search, along with filtering and sorting of results. Each listing has a detail page with photos, video, and a 360° view, while every property links to its advisor's profile, contact details, and a lead form. A user account with a favorites system completes the experience.
Users can freely draw their area of interest on the map or search around a chosen point with a radius, instead of being limited to static area lists.
Every listing combines photos, video, and a 360° view, with key details (price, size, rooms) always visible.
Each property links to its advisor's profile and a lead form, so interest turns into contact right away.
A user account with saved favorites tailors the experience to each user's needs.
The app is under active development, aiming to cover the full property search journey — from the first search to contacting the advisor.
A single app that covers the entire property search journey.
