IoT sensor network
Sensors in the field continuously measure temperature, soil moisture and other values and transmit the data, with no need for on-site checks.
CASE STUDY
How we connected sensors installed in the fields to a web application that shows temperature, soil moisture and other readings, helping growers decide when and how much to water and keep their crops healthy.

The Challenge
Decisions about irrigation and crop care relied mostly on experience and on-site checks. Without a continuous view of temperature and soil moisture, it was hard to know exactly when a field needed water — risking over- or under-watering, and crop health issues that were spotted too late.

Our Approach
infoteam designed an IoT solution in which sensors installed in the fields continuously record temperature, soil moisture and other environmental values and send them to the system. A web application collects the readings and presents them clearly, so growers can see the condition of every field at a glance and make decisions based on real data.
Sensors in the field continuously measure temperature, soil moisture and other values and transmit the data, with no need for on-site checks.
A modern web application brings every reading together in one place, accessible from any device.
Each field's values are shown clearly, so growers can immediately spot where action is needed.
The data helps plan irrigation properly and take care of crop health in time.
Growers now have a continuous view of their fields' condition and can water and care for their crops at the right time.
A single app that shows what is happening in every field, whenever it's needed.
